Product Description
Asphalt Drum Mix Type Hot Mix Plant is basically a production unit for asphalt, macadam,and various other types of coated road stones which are commonly termed as asphalt concrete or blacktop. Few of us do not understand what asphalt sand means, so it is actually the crushed form of rocks, slags or gravel that are suitable for aggregates which are beneficial for asphalt mixtures. Binder is used majorly to improve binding properties along with the uniformity of mixing. Bitumen is considered as a standard binder. Asphalt is used widely for making concrete pavements that constitutes 95% of composition that involves sand, stone and gravels. It is advised to heat up bitumen due to the high viscosity it inherits and can easily blend with other aggregates of the mixture. Asphalt Drum Mix Type Hot Mix Plant is comforted with bin feeders to aggregate the cold extra material and also has vibrating screen to eliminate the large particles, slinger conveyor serves as separating unit that is responsible for drying and mixing.
It also has load out conveyor that is equipped with non segregation gob hoppe. Filtering unit is installed for mineral substances that are controlled by panel and also accompanied by control cabin that can be operated automatically and is weather proof in design. Optional accessories are also offered with it such as attachments that include storage silos for mixed elements, wet dust collector that safeguards environmental pollution at the time the plant functions, storage tanks and heating tanks area also assigned for bitumen according to the specific requirements of customers.
