These sprayers are manufactured on a strong chassis that makes it suitable for all spraying conditions. In addition, handling can simply be performed by disassembling all working components of the pump that is equipped with the integrated by-pass system. This framework permits the spraying performance to be reduced or interrupted at any given time. Moreover, the system of our Bitumen Emulsion Sprayers accommodates a drum that enables all the mixing functions to be carried out. These sprayers are provided with gas carrying bottles and gas regulator to offer superb maneuverability. This range of equipment is available with standard accessories like pressure cleaning system, pump for bitumen based emulsion and four trolley wheels etc. Spray volume of this machine depends on asphalt rotation speed and vehicle speed.
